At Lumina Tide Boutique, we want you to feel confident and radiant in every piece you purchase. If your selection doesn’t quite capture the glow you were looking for, we are here to help with a seamless return process.


Return Window & Eligibility

Because we source our unique collections through specialized partners, we have a strict 7-day return window. You must initiate your return request within 7 days of the date your package was marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • In the original packaging with the SKU label intact.
  • All original tags must be attached.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry, Earrings, and Accessories.

  • Bodysuits, Intimates, and Lingerie.
  • Any items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.


Damages and Defects

We take pride in the quality of our curated collections. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product:

  • Please email us at luminatideboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the damage and/or defect.

  • Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Do NOT ship items back without this number, as they will not be processed.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is verified as damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Lumina Tide Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.


Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

  • Approved returns will be issued Store Credit in the form of a digital Lumina Tide Boutique Gift Card sent to your email.

  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future Lumi Blues, Luxe, or Staples collections.


How to Start a Return

Lumina Tide Boutique is currently operating as an online-exclusive destination. All returns must be processed through our digital portal and mailed to our fulfillment center. In-person returns are not available at this time. 


Please email luminatideboutique@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address within 24-48 hours.

We are excited to announce a future storefront! Once our physical doors open, our return policy will be updated to include in-store exchanges and returns.
